One fine monday morning we were woken by the sound of a truck bringing this mini digger (a máquina mini in Spanish). Our alarm clock had stopped working just when we needed it!
Here he is flattening a piece of land for our vegetable garden (for next year).
Our new project for the summer is to build a winter terrace. This is the place where in winter you can sit in the sun and are protected from the wind. We have been using provisional furniture like deck chairs and a sawed off table the last years (which worked fine) but we're now going to make it 'official'. Starting with digging out the ground to make a concrete floor.
