As you've guessed they are from Scandinavia. Norway to be precise. Through our neighbours Birgit and Oystein we've met quite a few vikings in the area and I must say we're enjoying their company!
Food was North African though... for starters lovely red pepper hummous dip with crudités and quails eggs dipped in sesame seeds, koriander and pimiento. Main course: lamb tajine with couscous. Talking about integration!
